The Role

• Administer contracts primarily across fitout and refurbishment projects, with the door open to new build as you grow into the role
• Prepare and issue subcontract packages, purchase orders and variations
• Assess and process progress claims, EOTs and RFIs
• Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts across a mixed project portfolio
• Report into a Project Manager or Contracts Manager, with senior leadership close enough to guide you day to day
• Build relationships across site teams as the business scales

What You Bring

• Experience as a Contract Administrator across fitout, refurbishment or commercial construction
• Solid subcontract management, cost reporting and contract administration fundamentals
• The confidence to run your own work, and the humility to know you've still got more to learn
• A strong work ethic and genuine hunger to grow into bigger, more complex projects
